Your mission
Hey there and welcome to your new Opportunity as a Technical Sales Distribution with us.
This is a Part‑time position, 35hs weekly. As a Technical Sales Distribution you will support our clients by ensuring that the setup of our solutions meets their needs. Your most important tasks include:

Training to distributors, installers, EPCs monthly on product solution, installation, commissioning and FAQ
Escalating sales blocks on product to the local sales team and EU technical team, and broadcasting solutions to customers in a timely manner through training or statements
Visiting key distributors, installers, EPCs monthly to collect sales blocks and new portfolio requests with defined purchase volume
Reporting on local market size changes for each portfolio sector and local competitor portfolio each month
Studying local grid standards, renewable energy law, white‑labeling opportunities, and 3rd‑party EMS or battery compatibility opportunities
Checking the sales forecast with the local sales team monthly, ensuring the portfolio is correct and the forecast for each product is reasonable

Your profile
All right, all right, so I hope you are now aware of what is up for you, what background should you have in order to feel comfortable with this role? Keep in mind it’s all about electrical equipment, that’s why it is essential for you to have:

Completed studies in electrical engineering, electrical & electronic engineering or a similar background
Or a higher education qualification or business‑related studies with technical counterparts

In the end, if you have dealt with the regenerative energy industry for approximately 2 years, you are fit for this opportunity. Additionally, we would love to see the following qualities:

Ability to work independently and focus in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment
Strong communication and commercial skills
Passion, desire and motivation to succeed
Language requirements: Italian and English at least C1
Quick learner with desire to increase knowledge in the clean‑tech industry
Attention to details – you can dive into the details and connect them to the big picture of delivering an exceptional, brand‑aligned experience
Excellent skills in Microsoft Office; knowledge of CRM is a plus
