Tailor&Fox – your HR Business Partner – is seeking a Technical Sales Specialist for a multinational construction company headquartered in Milan. To strengthen its internal team, the company has entrusted us with this professional profile:The selected candidate will join the sales team and serve as a technical-commercial reference point for the assigned geographical area, collaborating with Area Managers and agents on the territory.Main Responsibilities:Act as the technical reference for Area Managers, officials, agents, and clients.Provide technical solutions and promote their inclusion in specifications with support from the central technical office.Support sales activities technically, including onboarding new team members, transferring methodologies and technical arguments.Build and manage a network of relationships with designers, general contractors, and installation companies to generate business opportunities.Plan activities in the territory and, together with the Area Manager, set priorities, contributing to the development and implementation of the Technical Commercial Action Plan.Create a network of local companies in synergy with the sales force, facilitating relationships between general contractors and applicative companies.Participate as a speaker in technical training and update meetings for direct and indirect clients, in coordination with the Area Manager.Qualifications:Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, or Architecture.Knowledge of architectural design studios, construction companies, and installation firms within the designated geographic area.Good command of English language.Familiarity with CRM systems and excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office.Excellent communication, presentation, and engagement skills.Motivation, autonomy, initiative, and team-oriented attitude.Work Location: Western Sicily
