Chaberton Professionals, a division of Chaberton Partners dedicated to the search and selection of Middle & Top Management profiles, is currently looking for a Technical Sales (m / f) to support the Sales Manager Germany in the development and execution of industrial refrigeration projects.
Following a comprehensive training period at the company’s headquarters in Italy, the candidate will contribute to the sales process, design refrigeration systems, and manage projects through to completion.
Key Responsibilities

Support the Sales Manager Germany in preparing technical and commercial proposals.
Participate in the presentation of offers and technical solutions to customers.
Carry out preliminary and executive design of industrial refrigeration systems.
Manage projects throughout all phases : design, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning.
Coordinate field teams during installation and start-up activities.
Maintain regular communication with internal departments, clients, suppliers, and site personnel.
Travel frequently across Germany and Italy, with occasional trips within the DACH region.
Attend trade fairs and industry events.
Contribute to progress reports and technical documentation.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in the industrial refrigeration sector.
Strong technical knowledge of refrigeration machinery, components, refrigerants, and related technologies.
Excellent spoken and written German (mandatory).
Good command of Italian and English.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Excel.
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar technical field.
Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
