We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Technical Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating products throughout their entire lifecycle – from initial briefing to end-of-life. This position is ideal for someone with a strong sense of ownership and a talent for cross-functional coordination. Experience in the manufacturing industry is a key requirement, as this role involves close collaboration with product design, production, supply chain, data management, and quality assurance teams to ensure product success from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities

Own and drive the product lifecycle from concept through launch to end-of-life
Translate product briefs into clear requirements and actionable plans
Act as the central point of contact for cross-functional teams including R&D, engineering, operations, marketing, and customer service
Ensure alignment between stakeholders across the organization during all phases of product development
Organize and facilitate product development meetings, manage timelines, and track deliverables
Coordinate product documentation, sampling, packaging, and launch materials
Manage change requests, product updates, and versioning throughout the lifecycle
Monitor product performance and customer feedback in collaboration with relevant departments
Support internal teams with product-related information and training

Your profile

3+ years of experience in product management in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Strong technical background in ERP processing (MS Dynamics)
Strong understanding of the product development process and manufacturing operations
Strong project management and organizational skills
Ability to navigate cross-functional environments and build consensus
Detail-oriented with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
