Posizione:
We are currently on the lookout for a Technical Documentation Engineer to join our R&D Team and take ownership for the collection and release of technical documentation such as User Manuals, procedure related leaflets and booklets (for both internal and external use) for our Airbag Development Department.
In this role, you will be in charge of documentation focusing on product related standards and processes, working cross-functionally with the R&D team as well as external stakeholders when needed.
Main Responsibilities
You will be entrusted with planning, researching, writing, publishing and maintaining high-quality content technical documentation such as user manuals, guides, leaflets, booklets as well as additional internal technical documentation.
You will be responsible for the information architecture for the product, making sure to consider and satisfy the complex and at times overlapping needs of developers, technical personnel as well as final product users.
You will work cross-functionally, liaising closely with product managers, the technical team as well as other relevant stakeholders to define and identify the documentation needs and user cases, so that the documentation will effectively reflect the specific product features and functionality.
You will be a relationship builder – Able to build and nurture strong working relationships with subject matter experts, technical leads as well as both internal and external stakeholders.
As you will be managing complex documentation projects, you will need to be able to organise and prioritise tasks, so to make sure to deliver excellent quality documentation within the agreed timelines.
Requisiti
Bachelor Degree in Engineering and/or Computer Science will be considered a strong asset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong attention to detail and meticulous approach to work.
Previous experience in Technical Writing will be considered a strong asset.
Strong English language proficiency (C2 level preferred).
Ability to work cross-functionally in a collaborative manner within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Working proficiency of MS Office tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint particularly).
