Mission

Analyze the customer’s planning process and data to capture a clear As‑Is picture.
Transform data sets into compatible input, apply algorithms to create the best To‑Be scenario.
Dialog with the customer about findings and advice is crucial to support the planning solution and realize true potential.
Guide the customer flawlessly through the implementation process with business insight and software knowledge.
Detect anomalies accurately so they can be resolved quickly.
Share knowledge with end users through workshops and training so they fully utilize the new planning tool.

Profile

Strong analytical mind, confirmed by education and experience.
Creative solutions tailored to the customer, balancing software capabilities.
Excellent communication and listening to define customer needs.
Basic knowledge of any programming language.
Python, Excel, and Pandas are preferred for handling large data sets.
Basic understanding of APIs and data integration between systems.
Fluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
