We advise customers on optimizing their engineering processes in the automotive, energy, machinery, food & beverage, and packaging markets. We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic professional to join our team as Area Sales Manager for the specified area. The position requires good technical and management experience, and the ability to work in an international environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Your responsibilities
As a Technical Consultant, you play a crucial role within EPLAN. Your expertise helps our Italian customers realize their ambitions and goals. You analyze customer processes and bridge the gap between our solutions and the customer's needs.
You leverage your thorough knowledge of engineering processes to convert customer problems into clear, actionable plans. You carry out implementation projects, including configuring and adapting the software to meet the customer's specific requirements.
You serve as the link between (pre)sales and after-sales, providing ongoing support to ensure customers maximize the benefits of our software.
As an EPLAN expert, you deliver specialized training courses, seminars, and workshops at customer sites or during events. You collaborate with the development team to relay customer feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of our products.
Requirements
Master's degree in industrial automation or a related technical field.
At least 5 years of experience as an engineer in various fields, with an understanding of how engineering departments are organized.
Experience with EPLAN applications or other ECAD software is a plus, with a tailored onboarding process provided.
Strong team player with creativity and dynamism, capable of effective cross-departmental communication. Proactive, independent, meticulous, with attention to detail.
Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills in Italian and English. Flexible, dynamic, and possessing a strong personality.
