We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic professional to join our team as Area Sales Manager for the indicated area. The position requires good technical and management experience and the ability to work in an international environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Your responsibilities

As a Technical Consultant, you play a crucial role within EPLAN by helping our Italian customers realize their ambitions and goals. You analyze customer processes and bridge the gap between our solutions and customer needs.
You leverage your thorough knowledge of engineering processes to convert customer problems into clear, actionable plans. You carry out implementation projects, including configuring and adapting the software to meet specific customer requirements.
You act as the link between (pre)sales and after-sales, providing ongoing support to ensure customers maximize the benefits of our software.
As an EPLAN expert, you deliver specialized training courses, seminars, and workshops at customer sites or during events. You collaborate with the development team to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvements.

Requirements

Master's degree in industrial automation or a similar technical field.
At least 5 years of engineering experience in various fields, with an understanding of how engineering departments are organized.
Experience with EPLAN applications or other ECAD tools is a plus, but a tailored onboarding process will be provided.
You are a team player with creativity and dynamism, capable of cross-departmental communication, proactive, independent, meticulous, and detail-oriented.
Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills in Italian and English. You are flexible, strong-willed, and possess a dynamic personality.
