Overview
2025 sees MoneyGram Haas F1 Team celebrate its tenth season in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship. We’re here to challenge the competition and invite you to join us. We are the first American Formula 1 team to compete since 1986, with a points-scoring debut in 2016 and continued growth as we aim for a successful future. We are a racing team with three HQs — Kannapolis (US), Banbury (UK) and Maranello (Italy) — and a team culture known in the paddock as the ‘family team’, offering broad visibility across the business and clear contribution from every member.

Responsibilities
Promote teamwork and effective communications to develop working relationships between all personnel and departments.
Follow procurement guidelines, policies and procedures, continually challenging cost, quality and lead time.
Support the Procurement Director and their designee in ensuring individual tasks are completed in line with programme requirements.
Compile agreements with external partners ready for internal submission and review within Haas F1 and ensure subsequent adherence to these agreements by both parties.
Support the project management of vendor-supplied projects that require cross-functional collaboration.
Foresee potential quality and delivery risks, and implement corrective actions.
Possess relevant engineering skills to determine supplier selection, understand manufacturing processes and negotiate costs.
Provide feedback to engineering on changes that could reduce cost or improve quality without compromising part integrity.
Audit vendor capability, capacity and sustainability and consider solutions beyond the current motorsport community for best outcomes.
Offer multiple supply options and select the optimum solution per situation.
Develop and maintain relationships with parts vendors to obtain and purchase parts.
Handle invoice queries and liaise with the finance department to resolve them.
Participate in developing specifications for equipment and products.
Support indirect procurement activities as required.
Follow all safety regulations in all venues.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Procurement Director or their designee.
Education and Work Experience
High School diploma or equivalent required. Further education such as an apprenticeship or University degree is desirable.
3 or more years of technical procurement experience including bought-out-to-drawing parts.
Experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with time-critical deadlines.
Specialized Knowledge and Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Fluent Italian with excellent understanding of English.
Strong technical background in engineering or manufacturing environments.
Ability to translate Design Office requirements to suppliers for a range of commodities including composite and machined parts.
Ability to work to a consistently high standard in dynamic and time-sensitive situations.
Quick, scientific and analytical decision-making skills.
Ability to work well within a team and integrate with colleagues at all levels.
A can-do, positive approach and willingness to help others is essential.
Equipment and Applications
Microsoft Office 365 suite (Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Power BI).
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365).
Ability to navigate PLM systems (e.g., Dassault Systems 3DX).
Work Environment and Physical Demands
Ability to work under high pressure and adhere to time-critical deadlines with a methodical approach.
Occasional domestic and international travel; willingness to work long and flexible hours including weekends.
May require lifting up to 50 pounds, frequent bending, squatting and manual dexterity.
Fast-paced environment involving machinery, race cars, testing rigs, debris, and hazardous fluids.
