What You’ll Do :Provide technical support and troubleshooting to international customers Manage spare parts coordination and logistics Ensure fleet compliance with EASA and FAA airworthiness regulations Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and quality teams to resolve technical issues Track performance data and contribute to fleet reliabilityWhat We’re Looking For :Degree in Aerospace Engineering or similar technical background 3+ years in aftersales, CAMO, MRO, or tech support roles Solid knowledge of EASA Part M / 145 / CAMO and FAA frameworks Excellent communication skills in English (C1+) Customer-oriented with a hands-on, problem-solving attitudeNice to Have :EASA Part 66 or FAA A&P license Experience with ERP / CRM systems and aircraft maintenance tracking tools Additional languages : Spanish, French, or German
