Arcadis MEP Consultant – Due Diligence Specialist

Responsibilities
Inspect and technically verify MEP systems, including feasibility analyses.
Review system documentation—design, certifications, permitting, and statutory documents.
Assess maintenance status through site inspections and Data Room analysis, identifying risks and mitigation opportunities for operational and transactional needs.
Evaluate property quality, estimating corrective intervention costs and timelines based on conservation conditions.
Estimate multi‑year CapEx, tenancy analysis, and lease agreements.
Create checklists and Q&A with stakeholders, monitoring document progress.
Draft technical due diligence reports in English for MEP systems.
Qualifications & Experience
3-4 years of experience in Due Diligence or Facility Management.
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy Engineering (other engineering backgrounds accepted with relevant experience).
Excellent English and Italian language skills (minimum B2).
Willingness to travel for national and international business trips.
