Backed by prestigious investors, we raised $6 million in Series A funding.First of all, Pubstack is a human adventure.We are building the most exceptional team to solve complex problems for our customers.We are a close-knit team of 42 people that believes its workplace feels innovative and that its fast-paced environment makes each week exciting.Pubstackers embrace values like genuine collaboration, not taking themselves too seriously, questioning themselves, and being comfortable seeking improvement.What we are buildingPubstack’s product is an Ad Management platform (SaaS) for web publishers created in 2018.We currently work with over 100 premium publishers across Europe.As an innovator in Ad Management, Pubstack empowers publishers through a data-driven approach to building, maintaining, optimizing, and monitoring high-performing ad stacks.Pubstack now offers the only Ad Management platform that empowers publishers’ monetization teams.Thanks to its powerful technology, they can confidently build highly-efficient ad setups—faster than ever before—to boost revenue and make data-based decisions about their ad stack.Pubstack works with some of the best online media companies in the world—including Le Monde, DPG Media, United Internet Media, Vinted, Webedia, and many more—to maintain high inventory quality, generate more revenue, and deliver exceptional content.The Opportunity:As a Technical Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of our client relationships within the Southern Europe Business Unit, reporting directly to the Country Manager in Southern Europe with a dotted-line report to the Head of TAM.You will own onboarding new clients, ensure seamless implementation, and lead pre-sales engagements to showcase Pubstack’s platform value.Your role is both strategic and hands-on, acting as a trusted advisor to publishers while ensuring their long-term success through technical guidance and collaboration.Based in Italy and Italian speaker only.What will you do?Proactively identify and resolve technical risks and bottlenecks with customers.Work closely with your Country Manager to ensure the customer’s long-term health through excellent support.Collaborate and report to the Country Manager to demonstrate value during presales.Troubleshoot performance issues, client-side or Google Ad Manager setup, and escalate when needed.Provide platform training and onboarding to customers and prospects.Teach and learn Ad Tech knowledge internally and externally.Manage a diverse scope of topics across multiple client engagements.Offer guidance on optimizing ad stacks to generate more revenue based on industry knowledge.Coordinate across teams and escalate as necessary for solutions.Stay informed on industry trends by participating in webinars and events.Who are we looking for?5-7 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, ideally in pre-sales, technical consulting, or similar in the ad tech industry.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a passion for delivering value.Comfortable acting as a strategic partner influencing technical and business decisions.Thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment and eager to contribute to team success.Why should you apply?Fast-learning environment, entrepreneurial spirit, and strong team culture.A key opportunity to join Pubstack during a growth phase.J-18808-Ljbffr
