We’re looking for a Technical Account Executive to join the Client Services team, working directly with agencies, partners and clients in our Milan Office. The role will oversee the management of multiple campaigns alongside our trading team from set-up to completion, optimizing where possible and troubleshooting challenges.At the heart of the Technical Account Executive role is providing guidance to help clients exceed their goals when using the Blis technology suite to facilitate their marketing needs. This role reports to the Senior Technical Account Manager within the Client Services team.Key responsibilitiesOwn the day-to-day management of client engagement, inclusive of but not limited to.Serve as the main point of contact for all inquiries and overseeing programmatic advertising campaigns and strategiesServe as the consultant for product solutions and best practicesOversee internal client account operations (e.g. troubleshooting issues, account set up etc.)Develop data-based insights to guide KPI strategy and activationProduce reporting & conduct client performance review meetingsIdentify optimization opportunities for KPI improvementCreate and present post campaign analysis & quarterly business reviewsOrchestrate the month end billing reconciliationShowcase appropriate product insights in line with our offeringGuide media and creative strategy, planning, and implementation of campaigns to deliver against Key Performance IndicatorsCollaborate with a diverse group of internal cross-functional teamsMaintain internal pipeline systems to reflect actualized monthly budget splitsCommitment to Blis' Inclusion initiatives & 5 step sustainability planSkills and requirementsAbility to be a client-facing lead, who drives the direction, communications and outcomes across the teamsExcellent communication skills; written and verbalWorks well both within a team and individuallyHas excellent organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple tasksStrong Excel and PowerPoint skillsTechnically savvy with commercial acumenAbout usBlis is the only omnichannel DSP that unites telco data, real-world movement patterns, and transactions to deliver a complete view of the consumer.
