Our Talent Partners embed within innovative companies like Williams Racing and others, designing recruitment processes for rapid growth and niche roles. We focus on outcomes rather than KPIs or targets, leveraging a bespoke dataverse for informed decision-making.Our goal is to hire and retain the best talent professionals worldwide. We encourage crazy, forward-thinking ideas that look 2-5 years ahead. As a Talent Partner, your responsibilities include:Developing attraction and delivery strategiesBuilding strong stakeholder and candidate relationshipsAdvising on recruitment best practices and assessment processesSupporting end-to-end recruitment process design and niche role headhuntingPartnering with hiring managers as one teamConducting recruiter screens and interview de-briefingsMaintaining accurate data to influence stakeholdersDelivering regular reports on progressParticipating in weekly project meetingsProactively designing solutions and introducing new ideasSharing knowledge through training and onboardingStaying updated on market trends and conditionsSkills required:Fluent in Italian and EnglishDeep technical recruitment experienceExceptional headhunting and delivery skillsExperience in in-house, RPO, or agency recruitmentSolutions-focused and problem-solving mindsetAdaptability to changeStrategic thinkingPositive energy and outlookBig-picture thinkingOur company values include:Challenge: We thrive just beyond our comfort zone.Collaborate: The power of many surpasses the power of one.Always look 2-5 years into the future.
