Our Talent Partners embed within innovative companies like Williams Racing and many others. We design recruitment processes suited for rapid growth and niche roles, focusing on outcomes rather than KPIs or targets. Our data-driven approach is supported by a bespoke dataverse to ensure informed decision-making.At Bond, our people are our greatest asset. We seek Talent Partners who share our mindset and can bring innovative ideas for the next 2-5 years.Responsibilities Include:Developing and implementing attraction and delivery strategies.Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates.Advising on recruitment best practices and assessment processes.Supporting the design and setup of end-to-end recruitment processes with partners, including headhunting for niche roles.Partnering with hiring managers as one team.Conducting thorough recruiter screens and managing interview debriefings.Maintaining accurate data to influence stakeholders.Delivering weekly and monthly reports on progress.Participating in weekly project meetings to discuss challenges and successes.Proactively designing solutions and introducing new ideas to overcome challenges.Sharing knowledge through training, onboarding, and lunch & learn sessions.Staying informed about market conditions and industry trends.Skills Required:Fluent in Italian and English.Deep technical recruitment experience.Exceptional headhunting and delivery skills.Experience in in-house, RPO, or agency recruitment.Solutions-focused mindset and problem-solving drive.Adaptability to change.Strategic thinking.Positive attitude and energy.Big-picture thinking.Our Company ValuesChallenge: "We perform best when kept just beyond our comfort zone."Collaborate: "The power of many is better than the power of one."Always look 2-5 years ahead."
