Our Talent Partners integrate into innovative companies like Williams Racing and others, designing recruitment processes for rapid growth and niche roles. We focus on outcomes rather than KPIs or targets, supported by a robust data-driven approach.Our focus is on hiring and retaining the best talent professionals worldwide. We seek Talent Partners who share this mindset and can bring innovative ideas for the next 2-5 years.Responsibilities include:Developing and implementing attraction and delivery strategies.Building strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates.Advising on recruitment best practices and assessment processes.Supporting the design and setup of end-to-end recruitment processes with partners, including headhunting for niche roles.Partnering with hiring managers as one team.Conducting recruiter screens and managing interview debriefings.Maintaining accurate data to influence stakeholders and delivering regular reports.Participating in weekly project meetings, sharing challenges and successes.Proactively designing solutions and introducing new ideas.Sharing knowledge through training sessions and onboarding.Staying informed about market conditions and trends.Skills required:Fluent in Italian and English.Deep technical recruitment experience.Exceptional headhunting and delivery skills.Experience in in-house, RPO, or agency recruitment.Solutions-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills.Adaptability to change.Strategic thinking.Positive attitude and energy.Big-picture thinking.Our company values include:Challenge: "We are at our best when kept just beyond our comfort zone."Collaboration: "The power of many is better than the power of one."Always looking 2-5 years ahead.
