Our Talent Partners embed into innovative companies like Williams Racing and others, designing recruitment processes for rapid growth and niche roles. We focus on outcomes rather than KPIs or targets, leveraging a bespoke dataverse for informed decision-making.Our core belief is that hiring and retaining top talent makes everything else easier. We want Talent Partners who share this mindset and can bring innovative, long-term ideas to the table.Responsibilities Include:Developing and implementing attraction and delivery strategies.Building strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates.Advising on recruitment best practices and assessment processes.Supporting end-to-end recruitment process design and headhunting for niche roles.Partnering with hiring managers as one team.Conducting candidate screens and interview de-briefings.Maintaining accurate data to influence stakeholders.Providing weekly and monthly progress reports.Participating in weekly project meetings.Proactively designing solutions and new ideas.Sharing knowledge through training, onboarding, and lunch & learns.Staying informed on market conditions and trends.Skills Required:Fluent in Italian and English.Deep technical recruitment experience.Exceptional headhunting and delivery skills.Experience in in-house, RPO, or agency recruitment.SOLUTION-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills.Adaptability to change.Strategic thinking.Positive energy and outlook.Big-picture thinking.Our Company Values:Challenge: We thrive when kept just beyond our comfort zone.Collaborate: The power of many surpasses that of one.Always look 2-5 years ahead.
