In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support to our clients, ensuring their systems are running smoothly and efficiently.As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for clients with technical issues. You will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively troubleshoot and resolve problems in a timely manner.You will work closely with our client service managers and their teams to ensure seamless delivery of our services.
