We are looking for an experienced and resourceful Tech Business Developer Manager to support our expansion in Germany. In this role, you'll work closely with Operations (for installing products), Marketing (for how to position our products to the customer personas) and Program Management (how to scale).
You will also be the main point of contact for property owners and managers, from the onboarding phase through the entire lifecycle. You will support them during the onboarding phase, training them on how to setup and use the product. You will ensure every customer has an easy, enjoyable experience and finds value in our products and services to the extent they feel compelled to grow with our business. Your goals will be around customer satisfaction, minimize customer churn and generate upsell opportunity.
Responsibilities
Leveraging your network to promote Amazon Key products to building managers, building owners and housing associations
Collecting market and customers’ insights to ensure we continue to improve our product and delight our customers
Building strategic relationships with the top real estate management companies, effectively leading Amazon Key expansion
Building and qualifying a lead pipeline and conducting compelling product demos and negotiations with high-level prospects
Working hand-in-hand with Amazon Key leaders, Marketing, Install Operations and Customer Support
Measuring performance, articulating root-cause analysis, and linking to specific improvement areas
Speaking and writing in proficient German to customers as needed

The ideal individual brings valuable experience in sales, particularly focusing on building managers, property owners, and housing associations within the residential sector. As a self-motivated professional, they must excel at managing multiple priorities while navigating a fast-paced, dynamic environment that often presents ambiguous situations. The right candidate for this role seamlessly transitions between strategic thinking and hands-on execution, maintaining a strong focus on delivering concrete results.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Advanced proficiency in German
Experience in developing, negotiating and executing business agreements
Experience in building a lead pipeline and in qualifying leads
Preferred Qualifications
Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
Existing contacts and relationship with Real Estate Property Managers
