Deine Aufgaben

Freundlicher Empfang und Betreuung unserer Gäste, Kund:innen, Mitarbeiter:innen und Geschäftspartner:innen
Unterstützung in Event- und Projektmanagement
Telefonzentrale und Weiterleitung von Anrufen
Verwaltung von Posteingang und -ausgang
Unterstützung bei administrativen Tätigkeiten und Büroorganisation
Beratung und Verkauf im Loacker Shop Unterinn
Mithilfe an der Organisation von Produktionsführungen

Dein Profil

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Erste Erfahrung im Front Office oder Kundenservice von Vorteil
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und modernen Kommunikationsmitteln
Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung, Organisationstalent und ein freundliches Auftreten
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Italienischkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse
