Role Overview
As a Team Leader for the Ploom brand, you will manage a dedicated team, focus on a single client, and coordinate a new product launch in the heated tobacco category.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and support a team of Ploom Ambassadors, fostering their professional growth.
Manage sales activities within a defined territory to achieve and improve sales results.
Monitor and evaluate performance of team members.
Develop sales opportunities and engage with customers.
Oversee continuous training of the team.
Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices.
Analyze data and information to meet set objectives.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Comfortable leading a team.
Strong knowledge of the target territory.
Extensive network in events or a strong potential to grow it.
Attention to detail and KPIs for performance improvement.
Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
Valid driving licence (B) and access to reliable transport.
Organized and proactive.
