About the role
All within the Controversy team at Bologna, you will handle the following activities:

Assistance and representation in court in tax disputes before merit courts and the Court of Cassation.
Assistance in short‑term dispute resolution with the Financial Administration.
Assistance during tax audits conducted by the Financial Administration (Revenue Agency; Guardia di Finanza).
Requests for plea (istanze di interpello).
Simulation of tax checks.
Review of tax risk control systems.
Assistance for procedures concerning international coverage: arbitration agreement and friendly procedures for bilateral treaties.
Assistance for tax debt recovery.
Assessment of potential liabilities in due diligence and accounting review.
Drafting of opinions on tax matters in tax disputes and sanctioning aspects.

Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience in the role.
Law degree or master's degree in Economics.
Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken).
Excellent knowledge of the Office suite.
Excellent relational and communication skills.
Group work and problem‑solving attitude.
