Our significant ongoing investment in R&D generates a steady flow of APIs, enabling timely introduction of new products to market.Main responsibilities and activitiesThe Project Engineer is responsible for leading teams to deliver project(s) that span across one or more business units, managing resources, schedules, financials and ensuring that the assigned site projects are duly finalized, in compliance with the project schedule and within the defined budget.Day to day activities include :Managing all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectivesReporting on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activitiesWorking creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellenceDefining the User Requirements and translate them into the project documents : P&D, Lay-out, Data Sheet, Mechanical and electro-instrumental Work requisitionsPreparing estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the projectAligning offers from a technical point of view and arranges them financially, to allow the Purchasing department to proceed with the commercial negotiationsDefining and keeping under control the GANTT of the assigned projects, ensuring that deadlines are met in line with quality requirementsGuaranteeing full compliance with Safety and Quality standards in collaboration with the HSE and QA departmentsMaintaining continuous communication flow and proper update towards all site functions involved in the projects by organizing regular alignment and meetingsDealing with suppliers to coordinate both design and field activitiesCoordinating the start-up and qualification activities of new systems and equipmentYour experience and qualificationsEducation :Engineering Degree – preferably Chemical or MechanicalSkills :Objectives focused with excellent planning and organizational abilityGood communication skills with attitude to work cross-functionally in a complex and variable environmentDay-by-day high focus together with mid-long term viewAbility to be customer-focused, self-drivenGood attitude to planning and prioritization in alignment with business and customer needsExperience in negotiating vendor contractsExperience :3 years’ experience as Project Engineer, preferably within relevant industrial production environmentProject Management involvement in the production and utilities systemsPreferred project delivery experience with budget management including capital projectsWhat do we offer?We try to take care of our employees, offering them small and large benefits, for example :CanteenWorking flexibility for Caregivers and parentsCoffee KeyRecognition ProgramWelfare PlatformHealth agreement with medical centers of excellenceHighly inclusive and multicultural working environmentContinuous learning and development programsLocation and working daysSanthià (VC), from Monday to Friday.Already Working @TEVA?If you are a current Teva employee, please apply using the internal career site available on "Employee Central".
