Identify innovative solutions to attract and retain top talent.Design and implement training programs to enhance skills and leadership abilities. Implement mentorship and coaching programs, monitoring career growth of employees.Develop a performance management system that aligns individual and organizational goals. Support managers in providing feedback and managing performance.
