OverviewTHIS OPPORTUNITY IS OPEN EXCLUSIVELY TO CANDIDATES REGISTERED UNDER ITALIAN LAW 68 / 99 AND BASED IN LOMBARDIA AND EMILIA ROMAGNA. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist belonging to the protected categories (Law 68 / 99), based in Lombardy. The selected candidate will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process across our European and US offices, supporting hiring managers in defining requirements, sourcing candidates, and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. The role also includes contributions to employer branding initiatives and early talent projects.Location: Remote working, eligible only for candidates based in Lombardy and Emilia Romagna, Italy.ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment processes: role briefing, sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback coordination, and offer managementPartner with hiring managers to define job requirements and ideal candidate profilesSource candidates via multiple channels: LinkedIn, job boards, internal referrals, networkingEnsure consistent and high-quality candidate experience throughout the processMaintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate dataSupport employer branding projects, including university partnerships and online presenceSupport HR and business teams in ensuring smooth hiring logistics and employee readinessQualifications2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in life sciences, consulting, tech or healthcare industriesUniversity degree in humanities, economics, psychology, law or related fields; Master in HR a plusProficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools (e.g., job boards, Boolean search, etc.)Experience with ATS platforms, preferably WorkdayStrong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneouslyFluent in English; Italian or other European languages considered a plusTeam-oriented mindset and high attention to detail
