Job Responsibilities
Assist in posting job ads on various platforms.
Shortlist candidates based on predefined criteria.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Support the tracking and reporting of key recruitment KPIs.
Ensure ongoing engagement with talent suppliers and identify opportunities to expand the provider network.
Build and maintain strong relationships with university career centers to enhance sourcing opportunities.
Onboarding
Coordinate onboarding activities.
Prepare documentation for new hires.
Help organize induction sessions and training.
Assist in organizing orientation sessions.
Ensure compliance with HR policies during onboarding.
Administrative HR Support
Maintain and update employee records.
Prepare HR-related reports and documentation.
Handle basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Employer Branding and Candidate Experience
Support initiatives to improve candidate experience.
Assist in managing company presence on job fairs, job boards, and social media.
Collaboration and Communication
Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth recruitment processes.
Provide timely updates to candidates and hiring managers.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Humanities, Digital Humanities, Economics, or Law.
English proficiency (minimum B2 level).
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a proactive attitude.
Willingness to travel when required.
Contract and Locations
Contract Type: Full-time, An initial one-year fixed-term contract leading to a permanent position.
Work location: Pisa.
