Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will join the HR team of a Leading international Company and support the Company’s growth by attracting, selecting, and hiring top talent
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define candidate profiles
Source candidates through various channels
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit
Coordinate interview processes and provide feedback to stakeholders
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs
Promote employer branding initiatives and represent the company externally
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
Experience gained in consulting or headhunting firms, or within Talent Acquisition Teams of structured multinational companies
Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and sourcing strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously
Familiarity with ATS systems and HR tools
