In Your Role You Will

Source, recruit and engage best in class professional profiles.
Provide full life‑cycle recruiting, screening, interviewing and maintaining relationships with potential candidates, preparing and updating resumes, submitting candidates and negotiating rates/salaries.
Build and manage a pipeline of active and passive candidates.
Ensure candidates are receiving the best possible hiring and onboarding experience.
Share best practices and take inspiration from the international People Experience Team.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in full‑cycle recruiting/sourcing with different types and seniority levels of professionals.
Work in Italian and English.
Ability to work independently.
Strong sense of urgency on all tasks and deadlines.
Great team mate.
Focused on results, not tasks.
