As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will deliver the complete recruitment process, managing stakeholder and candidate expectations throughout and providing solutions to recruitment challenges. Your will be engaged in attracting, sourcing and hiring the best talent to meet current and future business needs ensuring speed, sustainability and best in class recruitment. This position plays a key role in supporting recruiting activities and building the candidate experience; providing candidates with their first impression of Oerlikon. The role is based in Brugherio and your country focus will be Italy and Europe South.Main ResponsibilitiesManaging the recruitment lifecycle from start to finish (writing and publishing job ads, screening candidates, conducting interviewing, conducting tests and assessments where required)Acting as an expert on the market and advising stakeholders and HR colleaguesProactively sourcing active and passive candidates through business networks, social media channels and job boardsDeveloping effective strategies for evaluating and sourcing candidatesEnsuring a positive and smooth candidate experienceBuilding relationships with Stakeholders to ensure an effective and efficient recruiting processSupporting TA and social media related projectsContribute towards continuous improvement initiatives and Employer Branding activitiesOutput & Key Result AreasGain an understanding of the business requirements, reading through job descriptions in order to equip you with the knowledge to successfully seek out relevant candidatesBuild candidate pipelines by researching and contacting universities, employment agencies and internet sitesBuilding talent pools for future referenceSupport regional HR colleaguesRequired education, experience, knowledgeBachelor’s Degree and 3+ years full cycle recruitment experience (staffing agency experience preferred)Minimum of 3 years of hands on recruiting experience with high volume recruiting strategies requiredMinimum of 3 years of experience with web based recruiting tools such as SuccessFactorsExperience in active sourcing of candidatesComprehensive behavioral based interviewing and candidate assessment skillsTelephone experience in interviewing or customer serviceMust have proven ability to be flexible and multi-task in a fast paced, high demand environmentExperienced in recruiting for international locations requiredExpert level interview coordination skills and managing scheduling with hiring managersExpert verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English is a mustTalent Acquisition Specialist • Brugherio, IT
