This role provides proactive support to future hiring initiatives as well as the full life cycle recruitment of high-level professionals. The roles can include repetitive skillsets as well as niche-specific recruitment. This person will be a member of the global Talent Acquisition team.ResponsibilitiesDay to dayResponsible for the full life cycle recruitment strategy and partnering with managers to understand the unique needs of the business while ensuring the delivery of high-quality talentProvide guidance, direction, and feedback to the hiring managers to assist in the enhancement of their hiring skillsUsing social media channels, networks, and an ability to source talent pipelinesContinuing to brand the DLL experience through Job FairsPartner with local Universities, Colleges to offer a robust coop experience. Balance short and long-term strategic goals, including campus recruiting and all-year internship program(s)Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies, including legislative compliancePartner with the European Talent Acquisition team on HR projects, and services to ensure consistency on the delivery model and sharing of best practices as a RegionIdentify as the talent acquisition and workforce planning expert to each of your supported business unitsResponsible for local and national based recruitment efforts that span the South European Region with multiple skill setsStrong stakeholder management skillset is required as you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with all hiring managers and DLL executivesWorking to build and maintain talent pipelines for repetitive skillsetsExperienced with competency as well as behavioural-based interview methodsMaintain a continuous process improvement (CPI) mindset in order to improve upon current policies, procedures, metrics and processesFacilitation of learning workshops for DLL hiring managers to best equip each manager with interviewing techniques to ensure the best decision for DLL’s future is made when hiringAlign closely with the global Talent Acquisition team to focus on and influence company-wide diversity recruitment initiatives and deliverablesBe an authentic leader who lives the values, inspires, and facilitates members to contribute to collective results in a networked organizationAll members enjoyTwo working days per year volunteering for a local charity.Health and Wellness program including healthy food, free health checks, fun health & vitality activities.Flexible hours with possibility to work from homeCareer development opportunities: online learning, member development programs.Click this link for an overview of all the benefits in your region.We not only live up to the expectations of our customers for today, but also anticipate their market needs of tomorrow.Essentials / Qualifications3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition supporting hiring managers with a proactive recruitment partnership approachFluent in French, Italian and English is a mustExperienced and comfortable with high volume recruitment at timesProven experience with the ability to influence and partner with all types of management and personality styles.
