Talent Acquisition Partner – 1 Year Contract (f/m/d)
Join our Talent Acquisition Team EMEA as a temporary 12‑month assignment driving strategic hiring initiatives in a global matrix organization. We look for a partner passionate about sourcing top talent, delivering an exceptional candidate experience, and managing tools like Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter.
How You’ll Make An Impact

Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviews, and offer negotiations.
Partner with HR and business leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce plans.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through active sourcing and collaboration with sourcing teams.
Advocate for internal mobility and support talent advancement initiatives.
Coordinate with HR Operations for job postings, scheduling, and offer processing.
Advise stakeholders on recruitment strategies and contribute to process improvements.
Deliver a personalized and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Your Background

At least 5 years of in‑house recruiting experience, preferably in a global matrix organization.
Proven track record in international hiring across BeNeLux and other European countries.
Strong expertise in active sourcing, especially using LinkedIn Recruiter.
Experience working with Workday.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in Dutch, English and German; knowledge of French is a plus.
Background in HR, Psychology, Business or a related field.
Agile mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
