ProductLife Group is looking for a Talent Acquisition Officer in Italy (Florence)Key Responsibilities:Candidate Sourcing StrategyEmployer Brand ActivitiesManage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance and onboardingCollaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and job requirementsScreen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidatesMaintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure data accuracyProvide excellent candidate experience and timely communicationAnalyze recruitment metrics and suggest improvements to enhance hiring processesProven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (at least 3 years)Nice to have: experience with pharmaceutical/lifescience profilesEducationBachelor’s/master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fieldMaster’s program in HR will be considered a plusRequired SkillsFamiliarity with ATS and recruitment toolsStrong interviewing, communication, and negotiation skillsAbility to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneouslyResults-driven and detail-oriented mindsetProactivity and flexible mindset
