The role, reporting to the HR Department, will be responsible for overseeing recruitment processes and contributing to the development of strategic initiatives focused on attracting and nurturing talent. This position offers a high level of autonomy and direct involvement in shaping recruiting and employer branding strategies. The environment is dynamic, fast‑growing, and strongly focused on valuing people as a key lever for the company’s development.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end management of the recruitment process for HQ and retail: needs analysis, job description drafting, job posting, screening, and conducting individual interviews/assessmentsCoordination of the identification, implementation, and management of key digital recruiting toolsDefinition and ongoing update of sourcing channels and search strategies based on different professional profilesAnalysis and monitoring of recruitment KPIs and support to HR reportingExecution of a clear employer branding strategy across social media, recruiting days, and university partnershipsMonitoring of KPIsCollaboration with other European branchesBusiness partneringEngagement activitiesKnowledge, Skills & Abilities RequiredDegree in Human Resources, Humanities, Economics, Law, or related fieldsAt least 5 years of prior experience in a similar role within the Retail sectorProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteStrong collaboration skills, problem‑solving abilities, and autonomy in managing assigned tasksProactivity, ability to manage priorities, negotiate effectively, and work in partnership with business functionsThe position will be based between Turin and Milan HQ, with business travel within Europe.K-Way is committed to creating a supportive and motivating work environment, promoting collaboration and open dialogue, welcoming every voice and idea.
