Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Lead Specialist (12 month fixed-term contract)

What you’ll do:
Join the people team in the Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding area, reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Manager Shared Services.
Lead the full recruitment cycle for assigned Technology, Product and Operations positions, including job briefings with hiring managers, sourcing strategies, screening, interviews, and candidate management.
Lead job briefings and advisory sessions with Hiring Managers and senior stakeholders, providing insights on market trends, talent availability and competitive benchmarks.
Monitor and optimize recruitment performance metrics (time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, candidate experience, etc.) through data-driven reporting using Workday and other HR tools.
Identify and implement best practices and innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, leveraging LinkedIn, job boards, talent pools, and internal referrals.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the candidate experience, ensuring a high level of engagement and professionalism throughout the process.
Coordinate projects related to early careers and talent pipeline development, including internship programs and graduate initiatives.
Design and implement targeted employer branding initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including universities and employer branding partners.
What you’ll bring:
Consistent experience in Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding in structured and fast-paced environments.
Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes.
A degree in Humanities, Economics or Law; a Master’s in Human Resources or a related field is a plus.
A proactive and data-driven mindset, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with a hands‑on attitude.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with ATS tools (e.g. Workday) and recruitment analytics.
Familiarity with talent intelligence tools (e.g. LinkedIn Insights, market mapping tools) to support data-driven decision making.
Fluency in both English and Italian, with good written and verbal communication skills.
