New products bring new challenges – in the way we source and buy raw materials, in the way we engineer and manufacture, and in our supply chain planning.Your ‘day To Day’The Systems S&G Analyst will contribute to developing and implementing data governance policies, ensuring data integrity, and promoting best practices for data management across the organization.Your ResponsibilitiesSupport and actively contribute data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, integrity, completion and security;Conduct data quality assessments and analyses to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable recommendations;Monitor and evaluate the performance of data governance initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes;Foster strong relationships with internal and external partners to ensure successful project execution.Who We’re Looking ForStrong project management skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing data governance initiatives;Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field;Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proven data focused mindset and analytical thinking;Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels;Proficiency in data governance tools and methodologies;Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously;Strong understanding of industry trends and market dynamics;Fluency in written and spoken English is essential, and will be tested throughout the interview process.Employment Type: PermanentOur Success Depends On The People Who Come To Work Every Single Day With a Sense Of Purpose And An Appetite For Progress.
