The SNA (System&Network Administrator) is the first level support for the User Ground Segment end‑user systems. He/She executes all activities related to system administration of the UGS (User Ground Segment) executing preventive and corrective maintenance procedures. He/She shall work in an integrated team following H12 5/7 and H8 weekend, work shift c/o Aeroporto di Pratica di Mare.
Responsibilities

Technical supervision of mission systems (HW/SW)
Technical (HW/SW) anomalies management: investigation and analysis of anomalies
Corrective and preventive maintenance management: routine and scheduled audits of all systems
System administration policy
UGS internal network and front‑end network administration: monitor and troubleshoot network stability and performance
Definition and maintenance of workarounds and troubleshooting procedures

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience
Good knowledge of Linux operating systems
Knowledge of Windows operating systems
Experience with IT/ground segment technologies: relational databases, virtualization, networking, etc.
English knowledge B2‑C1 level
Knowledge of networking, network protocols and related issues
Basic knowledge of ICT security elements
