This role offers a unique opportunity to take ownership of mission design and preparation VEGA C launch vehicle.Your Mission:As a System Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end technical coordination of Vega C mission preparation, ensuring seamless integration of payloads and compliance with mission requirements.Working in team with the Mission Program Manager Your role will include:Defining mission requirements capturing customer needs and preparing Preliminary Mission Specifications.Managing and coordinating payload interfaces, developing Interface Control Documents (ICDs), and ensuring their proper implementation.Leading multidisciplinary system loops for mission analyses and overseeing the approval of technical assessments.Acting as the technical interface for both final customers and the CNES safety authority, ensuring alignment with mission design, safety and regulatory requirements.Who You Are:Master’s degree in aerospace or Aeronautical Engineering (Second-level Master or PhD is a plus).3+years of experience in the launcher sector, with proven experience in mission preparation activity, GNC and Launcher/ Satellite interfaces.Your Skills & ExpertiseStrong knowledge of mission preparation processes, including trajectory design, guidance, navigation, and control.Expertise in launcher/satellite interfaces (mechanical, electrical, and fluidic) and their verification throughout the mission development process.Experience in Launcher/Payload Coupled Load Analyses, aerothermodynamics, and avionic subsystem architecture.Fluent in English (written and spoken); basic knowledge of French is desirable.The announcement is addressed to all people, without distinction of sex, in reference to D.Lgs 198/2006.We reject any form of discrimination, we believe in equal opportunities, diversity and inclusion.
