Selected candidates will work in a dynamic, fast-paced, innovative environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve technological and business objectives.Your role:Your duties and responsibilities:Contribute to the design, engineering, and delivery of capabilities in fully automated hybrid platforms.Support the deployment of scalable IaaS and PaaS platforms for stateless and stateful workloads (Kubernetes and serverless) within a hybrid cloud architecture.Collaborate with Risk, Information Security, and Compliance teams to ensure visibility and implement enterprise controls, policies, standards, and industry best practices.Assist in developing, enhancing, testing, maintaining, and supporting hybrid cloud platforms, including providing escalation support to Operations.Other duties:Additional tasks may be assigned as your role expands.Your skills, experience, and qualifications:Master's degree in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics, or a high school diploma with relevant experience.Passion for innovation and financial services.Preferred experience in financial services, consulting, or ICT business.Excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in Italian and English.Outstanding communication skills, teamwork aptitude, and strong customer orientation.What we offer:Permanent employment contract.Location:Milan, Parma.Important notes:According to Italian Law ( L.68/99 ), candidates from the disability list will be given priority.
