We are looking for a System Engineer to support the design and development of electrical cabinets and systems for the railway market.The selected candidate will be responsible for defining technical requirements, developing integrated solutions, and coordinating technical activities with international customers and suppliers.The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, experience in the railway or industrial sector, and excellent communication skills in French and English.Main ResponsibilitiesAnalyze technical and functional requirements for railway projects.Develop system architectures for electrical cabinets and related systems.Prepare technical specifications and project documentation.Coordinate the integration of electrical, electronic, and mechanical subsystems.Work closely with hardware and software engineering teams to ensure compliance with standards and technical quality.Support testing, validation, and certification activities.Interface with customers, suppliers, and partners in French and English.Ensure on-time delivery, cost control, and compliance with railway safety standards.RequirementsDegree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent.Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles in the railway or industrial sector.Knowledge of railway standards and regulations (e.g. EN 50155, EN 50121, etc.).Experience in the design of electrical panels and cabinets for railway or industrial applications.Familiarity with electrical CAD tools (e.g. EPLAN Electric P8, AutoCAD Electrical or similar).Familiarity with mechanical CAD Tools (Solid Works, AutoCAD).Excellent command of French and English (spoken and written).Ability to work in international teams and manage activities independently.Preferred SkillsKnowledge of railway control and communication systems.Experience in managing complex, multidisciplinary projects.Familiarity with safety and quality standards (e.g. SIL, RAMS).Willingness to travel internationally.
