This role ensures that systems are secure, reliable, and scalable to meet end-user needs, and coordinates interaction with internal teams and external entities.Duties and responsibilitiesDocumentation and Specification : Create detailed technical documentation and provide training for end-users and technical support staff.Integrated Systems Design : Collaborate with hardware and software development teams to design integrated solutions that combine firmware for electronic locks and mobile applications.Cloud and DevOps Management : Configure and maintain the cloud infrastructure supporting access control applications.
