Location: Bologna (hybrid mode).

Responsibilities:

Ticket collection and troubleshooting issues;
Performing root cause analysis starting from the product;
Estimating resolution times and coordinating with Project Managers.

Requirements:

Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science;
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role;
Knowledge of DOORS, Office, Polarion, Vector CANalyzer is preferred.
