Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual as Sustainability Manager. This position offers hands‑on experience in sustainability analysis and reporting, focusing on lifecycle assessments (LCA), carbon footprint calculations, greenhouse gas (GHG) inventories, Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs), and decarbonisation planning.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct Lifecycle Assessments (LCA) to evaluate environmental impacts of products and services.
Perform Carbon Footprint of Product analyses using internationally recognised methodologies.
Develop and manage GHG Inventories following standards such as ISO 14064 and the GHG Protocol.
Assist in preparing Environmental Product Declarations (EPD) according to ISO 14025 and EN 15804.
Support the design and implementation of Decarbonisation Plans for clients in various sectors.
Utilise tools such as SimaPro for environmental modelling and impact assessments.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure sustainability goals align with client objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Sustainability or a related field.
Academic or professional experience in LCA, carbon footprint, and GHG accounting is a plus.
Familiarity with SimaPro software for environmental modelling is highly preferred (academic‑level proficiency acceptable).
Knowledge of sustainability standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO 14040/44, ISO 14064, GHG Protocol).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data‑analysis tools.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English.
A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a passion for sustainability.
