Your ImpactYou ensure supply chain compliance by implementing the requirements of the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act and other relevant EU / international regulations in close coordination with the compliance departmentYou manage EU REACH compliance modules, with oversight of SVHC and Waste Framework Directive (WFD) requirements through an external service provider. This includes data integration, SCIP submissions, and support for related compliance obligations such as PFAS, Conflict Minerals, and other evolving regulatory obligationsYou lead supply chain sustainability projects and actively contribute to initiatives that promote a sustainable supply chain and a culture of continuous improvement within procurementYou optimize processes and ensure compliance by aligning procurement activities with legal and ethical standards, while improving and automating workflows and systems, and collaborating across departments and engaging stakeholders by acting as the key contact for supply chain sustainability topics in procurement, supporting global initiatives, and fostering alignment between brand and corporate functionsYou directly engage with applicable suppliers to ensure adherence to relevant supply chain sustainability regulations and provide support in sourcing data from SQL Server databases, including writing basic to moderately complex queries.
