Sustainability Data Analyst Grundfos Water TreatmentGrundfos is seeking a skilled and motivated Sustainability Data Analyst to join our Industry (IND) Sustainability team. This position plays a key role in supporting our sustainability strategy and integrating data systems for IND Water Treatment (WT), with a strong focus on advancing decarbonization efforts by setting and reporting CO₂ and REEP2 targets for Scope 3 emissions.
Overview
This role supports the IND Sustainability team by connecting data and strategic decision-making to advance decarbonization and sustainability reporting for Water Treatment.
Key Responsibilities

Analyze and accurately input product-level sales data.
Connect diverse data points to build scenarios for net zero and decarbonization pathways.
Develop strategic sustainability roadmaps based on data insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information.
Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Continuously improve data processes and methodologies.

Success Criteria

Enable IND to define consolidated CO₂ and REEP2 targets for 2026 and beyond.
Drive internal engagement and support for the sustainability impact plan and our decarbonization roadmap in particular.
Establish transparent tracking systems and effective communication strategies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Environmental Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Approximately 5 years of experience in data analysis and strategic support.
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SAP.
Strong understanding of decarbonization principles and water treatment technologies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to connect detailed data to broader strategic goals.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Willingness to travel up to 10% internationally.
