RINA is currently recruiting for a Sustainability Consultant to join its office in Genova, Lecce, Napoli, or Bologna within the Cyber Security and Management Consulting Division .MissionThe successful candidate will be part of the Sustainability metrics and strategy consulting team , within the Sustainability Management Consulting Division in RINA.She / he will focus on supporting various industrial clients in improving their ESG performance and achieving sustainability goals.Key AccountabilitiesSustainability strategy consulting : Developing and implementing strategies aligned with corporate goals and regulations, identifying opportunities to improve environmental, social, and economic impacts.Life cycle assessment : Conducting and interpreting LCA studies for products and processes, following ISO 14040-44 standards.Carbon footprint : Measuring and reporting greenhouse gas emissions using relevant standards.Carbon neutrality : Assisting businesses in strategies to achieve carbon neutrality, following ISO 14068 guidelines.Eco-design : Applying eco-design principles to optimize environmental performance across the product life cycle.Environmental product declarations : Preparing EPDs following ISO 14025 standards.EducationMaster’s Degree or Doctorate / PHD in Chemical or Environmental Engineering.QualificationsAbility to see the big picture and reinterpret situations in a strategic wayBuild trust and forge relationships across departments and outside the organizationEmbrace client needs and ensure satisfactionTake diverse opinions into account and earn trustPrioritize and structure activities for effective decision-makingRecognize and regulate emotions effectivelyEmbrace change and adapt beneficiallyPromote sustainable development and act as a role modelWith over 5,600 employees and 200 offices worldwide, RINA provides certification, marine classification, testing, supervision, inspection, training, and consultancy services across sectors.
