About us
Archea Associati is an international architecture firm with headquarters in Florence and offices in various cities around the world. We deal with architectural and urban design, interior design, and applied research, with an interdisciplinary approach that integrates innovation, sustainability, and attention to the cultural context. To expand our team, we are looking for a Surveyor.
Responsibilities

Perform topographic surveys and tracings on site.
Verify the conformity of the work with the technical drawings and design specifications.
Manage site accounting: work progress reports (SAL), measurements, daily reports.
Coordinate daily activities with subcontractors and suppliers.
Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
Prepare and update technical and administrative site documentation.
Collaborate with the construction manager, project manager, and safety coordinator.

Requirements

Surveyor’s diploma or equivalent technical qualification.
Previous experience, even brief, in construction or infrastructure sites.
Knowledge of technical drawing and ability to read plans.
Skills in topographic surveying and tracing.
Use of CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD) and job accounting management software.
Good knowledge of the Office suite, particularly Excel.
Organizational skills, precision, problem solving, and ability to work in a team.
