What To Expect

Conduct sales calls and meetings with key decision-makers to introduce and upsell our product portfolio.
Build rapport with existing and new clients.
Present and collaborate with surgeons, physicians, nursing staff, hospital administration, supply chain, payers, healthcare providers, and others to achieve sales objectives.
Provide surgical procedure and technical support during surgeries, along with ongoing customer service per company policy.
Stay informed about market trends in your territory to maximize market share and product acceptance.
Travel across Northern Italy, working within a team of experienced sales professionals.

What We Expect

Ability to develop and execute a strategic Sales Plan.
Experience in successfully selling capital equipment and consumables within the medical industry, especially in surgical sales, meeting forecasts.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build new business pipelines and upsell within existing clients.
A proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
