The successful candidate will work closely with faculty, students, and staff to ensure seamless execution of program activities.Responsibilities:Academic Support: Assist faculty members with course-related administrative tasks, including time management, course scheduling, syllabus organization, and communication.Legal Administration: Manage student immigration procedures (PDS, DDP), support legal documentation, and maintain program compliance in coordination with legal counsel.Fiscal Management: Maintain and monitor the faculty services budget in conjunction with the accounting department, handle faculty payments, and track financial transactions.Program Support: Assist with logistics, including housing, orientation, scheduling, events, and site visits.Student Support: Provide point-of-contact services for faculty, students, and community resources, as well as perform other related duties as assigned.Requirements:Strong independent work ethic and critical thinking skills.Excellent interpersonal, social, and communication skills - both written and verbal - in English and Italian.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Flexibility to work outside standard office hours for trips, events, or emergencies.Calm and solution-oriented approach in crisis situations.Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Shared Drive, Sheets, Forms, Sites, Calendar, Docs).In-depth knowledge of Florence and its local community.Legal eligibility to work in Italy.Preferred Qualifications:University degree.Previous experience studying abroad, working with a U.S. university or Erasmus program, and/or professional experience in both Italy and the United States.Please submit your application materials, including your resume and cover letter, to us.
