Key Responsibilities
Support clients in their homes and in the community, providing a combination of life‑coaching, care work, companionship, and motivation.
Qualifications & Requirements

Experienced support worker with community or residential environment experience.
Ability to work within a framework that celebrates the strengths of the client and proactively supports them to live their good life.
Strong life‑coaching, care work, companionship, and motivational skills.
Weekend availability.
Own vehicle and full driver’s licence.
Level 2, Level 3, or Level 4 healthcare qualification essential.
Applicants without a healthcare qualification may not be considered.
