If you:

Are a support worker with home-based / community / disability support experience; experience for clients who would need support with personal cares, meal preparation and exercises.
Our ideal candidate would be someone living in Ashburton currently.
Have your own car and Full Driver's License.

Completed Level 2 Health and Wellbeing qualification (or equivalent) or above.
